Rules and requirements change every year and Jessical makes sure you adhere to the requirements.The UW will not approve your application unless all the below paperwork is submitted. So please start early.

Once the application is approved start working on
- collecting CV & Disclosure
- Online Grants Applications - 6months prior to event
- Exhibit Space Application 90 days before event
- Letter to Rep for exhibit space grant
- Put Info on web https://www.wapiusa.com/cme.html
- Send a letter to all to mark that date on calender
- Prepare survey monkey for registration and collecting money https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PWHVL8S
- Prepare survey monkey for evaluation sample- https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QBCNVMM
- Complete Action items as sugeested by UW
- Send speakers faculty guidance info
- Assign 2 peer review physicains to each speaker
- Start maintaining timeline
